Abstract: Based on the SWOT-PEST matrix, the internal and external environment of the pediatric integrated health care system were comprehensively stated and a plan for the collaborative development of pediatrics nursing resources was designed. By analyzing and summarizing the coordinated development of regional management practice and exploration of our integrated health care system in the past four years, as well as the preliminary achievements obtained, we considered and discussed the existing problems in the development of pediatric integrated health care system to provide references for better development of pediatric integrated health care system and nursing management in other areas.
