Abstract: Objective: To search, evaluate and summarize currently available state-of-the-art studies on the perioperative nutrition management of adult liver transplantation, and to provide evidence-based basis for clinical nutrition strategy development and patients' self-management. Methods: The literature on perioperative nutrition management of adult liver transplantation was systematically searched, evaluated, and extracted from the domestic and foreign databases according to the evaluation criteria. Results: A total of 11 literatures, consisting of 7 guidelines, 3 expert consensus, and 1 systematic review were included. Finally, 20 best evidences and 6 categories were summarized, including nutritional risk screening and assessment, sarcopenia assessment, weight management, preoperative nutrition management, postoperative nutrition management, and follow-up for discharged patients. Conclusion: Our study scientifically and practically summarizes the best evidence of perioperative nutrition management of adult liver transplantation, which provides implications for clinical medical staff and guides targeted interventions for the self-management of patients after liver transplantation.
