Abstract: Objective: To systematically evaluate the qualitative research on the experience of patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction participating in telemedicine, and provide evidence-based basis for the application and development of mobile health care in patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. Methods: We searched for national and international qualitative studies on the experiences of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction using telemedicine. We used the JBI qualitative research quality evaluation tool to evaluate the quality of the literature, and the aggregated meta-integration method was used to integrate the literature. Results: A total of 7 studies were included, and 41 research results were summarized into 10 categories and 3 synthesized findings according to their similarities. The 3 findings are good experience, poor experience and the expectation of telemedicine in patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. Conclusion: The experience of patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction participating in telemedicine is diversified. In future studies, it is necessary to increase the support of professionals to improve the trust of patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction in mobile medical treatment, enrich the forms of mobile medical treatment to ensure the adherence of using mobile medical care, and explore the effective mode of mobile medical care for patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.
