Abstract: Objective: To summarize the evidence for prenatal glucose management of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus. Methods: All the evidence related to prenatal blood glucose management of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus was retrieved from the databases, guideline networks and professional association websites in Chinese and English from the establishment of database to April 2022 were searched. Quality evaluation, evidence extraction and summary of the included literature were carried out to evaluate the quality and extract evidence. Results: A total of thirteen literatures were included, including one clinical decision, six clinical guidelines, three expert consensus, two evidence summaries and one systematic review. Thirty-five items were formed from six dimensions, including evaluation and screening, blood glucose monitoring, non-pharmacological intervention, pharmacological therapy, glycemic control objectives and systematic management. Conclusion: In order to improve pregnancy outcomes and ensure the safety of mother and child, health care providers should provide personalized blood glucose management programs based on the clinical evidence of prenatal blood glucose management in gestational diabetes mellitus, and combining the individual situation and needs of pregnant women.
