Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of perianal skin care in the treatment of incontinence-related dermatitis in children with Hirschsprung's disease. Methods: Totally 116 children with Hirschsprung's disease who underwent Soave operation in our hospital from June to September 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The Control Group received routine care for perianal skin, while the experimental group received different perianal skin care according to the type of intestinal segment. Results: The incidence of incontinence-related Dermatitis in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was significant difference in the severity of incontinence-related dermatitis between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Different nursing measures can effectively prevent the occurrence of perianal skin incontinence-related dermatitis in children with Hirschsprung's disease after operation, which is worth popularizing in clinical nursing.
