Abstract: This research will summarize the research status of concepts, theoretical models and assessment tools of work adjustment disorder, probe into the relative influencing factors and put forward viable countermeasures for nurses. And it is also hoped to provide a theoretical basis for reducing the level of work adjustment disorder and ensuring the nursing quality and safety management.
