Abstract

Abstract: This paper summarized the management system, theoretical courses and clinical practice training system construction, training effect, etc. of hospice care nurse specialists, analyzed the problems to be improved existing in the hospice care nursing specialized training currently, and put forward the corresponding strategies. In the hope of providing reference for the follow-up development of training content and methods to hospice care nurse specialists, as well as enhancing the training quality of hospice care nurse specialists.
