Abstract: This article introduces the related concept of Non-Technical Skills (NTS), elaborates the basic characteristics and application status of NTS assessment tools for emergency and critical care teams. The characteristics of evaluation scales are compared and analyzed the problems related to the development and application of NTS scales. We aim to provide suitable tools for the evaluation of NTS in intensive care/emergency teams in China, and provide references for the development of NTS in China.
