Abstract: Objective: To summarize the relevant evidence of exercise training for lung transplant patients, so as to provide references for clinical implementation of pulmonary rehabilitation. Methods: Evidence-based nursing methods were used. Clinical questions in relation to exercise training in lung transplant patients were raised. Relevant literature was retrieved. Evaluation tools of JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Center were used in quality evaluation, evidence extraction and synthesis. Results: Six studies were included, including one clinical practice guidelines and five randomized controlled trials. The studies were synthesized into 4 dimensions with 16 pieces of best evidence, including evaluation of exercise training, raining form, training intensity and duration, and effect evaluation. Conclusion: The best evidence summary of exercise training for lung transplant patients can provide references for clinical nurses, nursing managers, and rehabilitation therapists. The quality of nursing can be improved by scientifically carrying out the physical rehabilitation in accordance with the best evidence in lung transplant patients.
