Practice of setting up nursing posts and dynamic allocation based on clinical work requirements

Abstract: This article explored the scientific and refined nursing manpower management mode, the practical demand-oriented nursing post setting and dynamic allocation method. The original management mode of Chang Gung Memorial Hospital was introduced. The vertical nursing management system was performed. The nursing manpower allocation and scheduling, the nurses' job setting and nursing manpower structure configuration was carried on based the work load. After the implementation, the quality of nursing and nurses' satisfaction was improved. It is expected to provide information to nursing managers to meet the clinical service requirements, achieve the hospital refined management, provide high quality of nursing service to patients and improve the nursing staff satisfaction.
