“互联网+护理服务”在落实分级诊疗中的实践与探讨

Abstract

Abstract: In February 2019, the National Health Commission issued the "Internet+Nursing Service" Pilot Work Plan, requiring medical institutions to provide nursing services for discharged patients or special populations suffering from diseases and limited mobility based on information technology such as the Internet. This article introduced the regional three-level linkage home care service model, explained the specific practices of this model and its role and advantages in implementing hierarchical diagnosis and treatment. It is expected to provide information for the further development of "Internet+Nursing Service".
