基于远程医疗综合服务平台的脑卒中康复护理模式的构建与研发

Abstract

Abstract: Stroke has seriously endangered the lives and health of middle-aged and elderly people in our country. The situation of rehabilitation of stroke patients needs urgent improvement. This research was mainly based on the telemedicine integrated service platform, and discussed the construction ideas of stroke rehabilitation nursing model from the aspects of tele-rehabilitation nursing technology architecture, functional modules, implementation process, evaluation scale, follow-up monitoring, quality assurance and feasibility. It is expected to provide individualized and continuous scientific medical services for the rehabilitation of stroke patients.
