Abstract: Objective: To explore the true feelings and grief experiences of pregnancy loss women, so as to provide evidence for nurses to give better perinatal care. Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted among 13 women with phenomenological research methods, and data were analyzed by Colaizz's seven-step method. Results: Three themes were extracted: the complex grief response, the connection between mother and fetus, and the influence of pregnancy loss on women. Conclusion: Nurses should pay attention to grief experience of pregnancy loss women from early diagnosis to fetal delivery, strengthen grief counseling and psychological comfort, assist women in grief transformation, formulate personalized intervention measures, and actively improve the quality of perinatal care.
