Abstract: This paper discussed the construction and implementation of the emergency nursing specialist care support for health disparity alleviation at the Renmin hospital, in Wufeng Tujia nationality autonomous county in Hubei province. We also described the process, guarantee mechanism and effect of care support in health disparity alleviation, as well as the strategies for precise care support. This study will assist health care providers at the country level hospitals to promote and develop the emergency nursing specialist care support system, therefore explore the scope of the care support in alleviating health disparity.
