Abstract: The fact that premature infants leave the uterine environment which is beneficial to their growth earlier than full-term infants, together with all kinds of adverse stimuli in NICU environment, is not conducive to the treatment and recovery of premature infants. It was found that early auditory stimulation could improve the quality of life and promote the growth and development of NICU premature infants during hospitalization. This paper systematically reviews the effects of Music Therapy and Maternal Sound Stimulation on the heart rate, pain, feeding, weight and sleep of premature infants with NICU, so as to provide reference for the study of auditory stimulation in the future.
