Mindfulness-based intervention during pregnancy: a literature review

Abstract: The mindfulness-based interventions during pregnancy have been proven to improve the physical and mental health of pregnant women. However, domestic research is still in its infancy. The article will summarize the origin and connotation of mindfulness and the classification and main content of mindfulness-based intervention programs as well as its application and effects on pregnant women, so as to summarize the shortcomings of existing research and propose directions for the future and provide a theoretical basis for further domestic research.
