Abstract: The ophthalmic patient resource center was established to improve the safety management of ophthalmic patients. A nurse-led pre-hospital management team was set up. Nursing assessment, intervention, multi channel health education and evaluation were carried out through the audio-visual information platform. The information registration, telephone follow-up were also carried out with the help of information platform. The pre-hospital management is strengthened. The professional value of nurses is embodied. The patient's medical experience and surgical safety are improved.
