Abstract: Objective: To establish an evaluation system of clinical practice competence for Master of Nursing Specialist students based on Mini Clinical Evaluation Exercise. Methods: Based on the original framework of Mini Clinical Evaluation Exercise, the expert consultation questionnaire was initially formed through literature review and experts discussion. Two rounds Delphi experts consultation were conducted on 39 experts. Results: The effective return rates of the 2 rounds questionnaires was 95.24% and 97.50%, respectively, and the experts' authority coefficient was 0.86 and 0.89, respectively. In the second round, the concordance coefficient of experts' opinion on the first and second level item was 0.157 and 0.127, respectively (P<0.001). An evaluation system of clinical practice competence for Master of Nursing Specialist students was established based on Mini Clinical Evaluation Exercise, including 7 first-level items and 55 second-level items. Conclusion: The evaluation system established by this study is scientific and reliable. It could provide a basis for promoting the evaluation and development of clinical practice competence for Master of Nursing Specialist students.
