鼻咽癌放化疗患者延续护理需求现状及其影响因素分析

Abstract

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the continuing care needs and influencing factors in patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma. Methods: A total of 205 Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy were investigated using the general condition scale, the self-designed nasopharyngeal cancer continuing care needs scale, and the Cancer Fatigue Scale. Results: The total score of continuing care needs was 66.38±7.17. The scores of continuing care needs from high to low were health education, daily care, complication care and psychological care. The influencing factors were physical fatigue, the number of symptoms, discharge time, and satisfaction of care. Conclusion: Nursing staff should strengthen the health education for patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma, and provide personalized guidance to meet patients needs according to their continuing care needs and influencing factors.
