Abstract: Emergency medical rescue is an important part of the disaster crisis response. However, Chinese medical emergency rescue started relatively late. The shortage of rescue equipment, the imperfect rescue system, and the construction of specialized rescue teams needed to be improved. As a large tertiary general hospital, our hospital had established a national emergency medical rescue team consisting of emergency management personnel, medical team and auxiliary team, and equipped with emergency equipment that integrated communication, medical care and security. First-aid preplans, implementation of modular equipment management, and integrated medical and nursing training models have made disaster crisis response management more scientific and standardized, and improved disaster crisis response capabilities.
Key words: physician-nurse integration, disaster, rescue, model
