The effects of individualized lifestyle management based on IMB model in patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

摘要: 目的:分析基于信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型的生活方式干预在多囊卵巢综合征患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月至2021年6月北京市某三级甲等医院生殖医学中心门诊就诊的多囊卵巢综合征患者84例, 按患者就诊先后顺序分为对照组和实验组各42例,其中2020年6月—12月的患者为对照组,2021年1月—6月的患者为实验组。对照组患者接受常规生活方式干预,实验组患者在接受常规生活方式干预的基础上实施基于IMB模型的个体化生活方式干预,两组患者干预时间均为3个月。分别于入组时、干预后3个月时测量两组患者体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比、脂肪质量、体脂率、骨骼肌质量和生活质量水平。结果:实验组患者干预后BMI、腰臀比、脂肪质量、体脂率均低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于IMB模型的生活方式干预可以有效降低患者BMI、腰臀比,脂肪质量、体脂率,实现了患者科学减重,提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of individualized lifestyle intervention based on Information-Motivation-Behavioral (IMB) model in the patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Methods: A total of 84 patients with PCOS in Reproductive Medicine Centre in a tertiary grade A hospital were divided into experimental group (n=42) and control group (n=42) with convenient sampling method. The patients in the control group were provided routine lifestyle intervention, while patients in the experimental group were treated with the individualized lifestyle intervention based on the IMB model. Patient Body Mass Index (BMI), waist to hip ratio, fat weight, body fat rate, skeletal muscle weight and quality of life level were investigated at the time of grouped, the third month after discharge. Results: After intervention, the BMI, waist to hip ratio, fat weight and body fat rate in the experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0.05), and the score of quality of life in the experiment group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The individualized lifestyle intervention based on IMB model can effectively reduce the patient BMI, waist to hip circumference ratio, fat weight, body fat ratio, and improve patients' quality of life. It can provide a new path for clinical management of PCOS patients as well.
