陪护家属的标准化陪护教育对机器人胰十二指肠切除术患者围手术期的影响

摘要: 目的:研究陪护家属接受标准化陪护教育对行机器人胰十二指肠切除术的胰腺癌患者围手术期的心理状态及生活质量和陪护家属心理状态的影响。方法:以北京市某三级甲等医院肝胆胰外科医学部2019年12月至2020年12月行机器人胰十二指肠切除术的60对胰腺癌患者及其陪护家属为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序以奇偶数法分为研究组及对照组各30对,两组患者接受同样的护理,给予对照组陪护家属传统陪护教育,给予研究组陪护家属标准化陪护教育,对比干预前后两组患者及陪护家属的焦虑、抑郁评分和患者围手术期的生活质量评分。结果:研究组患者及家属的医院焦虑及抑郁自评量表评分下降程度均高于对照组,研究组患者的生存质量测定量表评分升高程度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:焦虑、抑郁情绪在胰十二指肠切除术围手术期患者与其家属中比较常见,标准化陪护教育的实施可有效缓解患者及其陪护家属的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高陪护质量,从而提高患者围手术期的生活质量,具有临床推广价值。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of a standardized nursing education for family members on on psychological status of patients and family members, and quality of life of patients undergoing robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods: A total of 60 cases of patients with pancreatic cancer undergoing robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy and their accompanying family members from Faculty of Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery of a tertiary grade A hospital in Beijing between December 2019 and December 2020 were enrolled in this study. These participants were evenly assigned to the experimental group or the control group according to the odevity of their admission order number. Patients of both groups received routine care. While the family members of patients in the control group and those in the experimental group were given traditional education and standardized education, respectively. The scores of anxiety and depression, quality of life, incidence of nursing adverse events and postoperative rehabilitation indexes of both groups were compared. Results: The anxiety and depression scores of patients and their family members in the study group were decreased significantly compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life score of patients increased significantly in the experimental group compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Anxiety and depression are common in patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy and their family members. Standardized nursing education could effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of patients and their family members, and improve the quality of care, and improve the quality of life of patients. The standardized nursing education for patients' family members is worthy of promotion in clinical settings.
