基于输入-处理-输出模型的基层护士健康教育能力提升实践

Practice of improving health education capability of county hospital nurses based on Input-Process-Output model

摘要: 目的:开展基层护士健康教育能力提升实践并评价其效果,以期提升基层护士的健康教育能力,促进健康教育的有效开展。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取山西省某县人民医院71名护士作为研究对象,于2023年4月—12月,基于输入-处理-输出(Input-Process-Output,IPO)模型开展基层护士健康教育能力提升实践,比较干预前后护士的健康教育能力和健康教育开展情况。结果:干预后护士的健康教育能力评分为(217.35±28.93)分,高于干预前的(203.83±37.48)分(P<0.05);护士健康教育开展率从干预前的54.93%提升至干预后的91.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于IPO模型的健康教育能力提升实践能够提高基层护士的健康教育能力,促进健康教育活动的开展,是落实健康帮扶的有效举措,是提升基层护士健康教育能力的有益尝试。

Abstract: Objective: To enhance the health education capabilities of primary care nurses and evaluate its effectiveness, aiming to improve the health education skills of primary care nurses and promote the effective implementation of health education. Methods: This study selected 71 nurses from a county hospital in Shanxi province as the research subjects with convenience sampling method. The practice of enhancing health education capabilities of primary care nurses based on the IPO (Input-Process-Output) model was conducted from April to December 2023, comparing the health education capabilities and the implementation of health education before and after the intervention. Results: After the intervention, the health education capability score of the subjects was 217.35±28.93, significantly higher than before the intervention (203.83±37.48) (P<0.05); the rate of health education implementation increased significantly from 54.93% to 91.55% after the intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion: The practice of enhancing health education capabilities based on the IPO model can improve the health education skills of primary care nurses and promote the implementation of health education activities. It is an effective measure for implementing health assistance and a beneficial attempt to enhance the health education capabilities of primary care nurses.
