Abstract: Objective: To summarize the evidence of non-pharmacological management in patients with the Stroke-related Sleep Disorder, which can provide recommendations for clinical staff. Methods: We searched databases and websites to collect guidelines, clinical decisions, best practice recommendations, evidence summaries, systematic reviews, and expert consensus on non-pharmacological management for Stroke-related Sleep Disorders. Results: Finally, 4 guidelines, 1 clinical decision, 1 best practice recommendation, 2 expert consensus, and 22 systematic reviews were included. A total of 18 pieces of evidence were summarized from 6 aspects: team building, early screening, sleep health education, psychological and behavioral therapy, traditional Chinese medicine and physiotherapy, and Obstructive Sleep Apnea treatment. Conclusion: The evidence of non-pharmacological management for Stroke-related Sleep Disorders is highly targeted. In the process of clinical application, we should follow reasonable evaluation criteria and select evidence for intervention according to the actual situation of patients, which can reduce the adverse impact of Stroke-related Sleep Disorders on patients' life and prognosis.
