压力性损伤移动数据应用程序在临床管理中的应用

Design of the mobile data application for pressure injuries and its application in clinical management of primary hospitals

摘要: 目的:评价压力性损伤移动数据应用程序在临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法:于2020年3月至2020年8月选择某医院60例住院患者为研究对象,按入院先后顺序分为实验组和对照组各30例。实验组采用压力性损伤移动数据应用程序进行压力性损伤管理;对照组采用常规压力性损伤护理方法。比较两组压力性损伤分期识别正确率,创面评估、描述记录所需时间和会诊响应时间。结果:实验组压力性损伤分期识别正确率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,对实验组的创面评估、描述记录所需时间和会诊响应时间明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:基于电子病历平台构建的压力性损伤移动数据应用程序可促进压力性损伤管理的规范化和信息化,是防治与动态监控管理压力性损伤的有效手段,能明显改善护理质量管理效能。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of the mobile data application for pressure injuries in clinical nursing management of primary hospitals. Methods: Totally 60 inpatients from a hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 subjects in each group. Subjects in the experimental group used the pressure injury mobile data application APP to help with the clinical management of the pressure injuries, while the control group carried out only routine pressure injury care. The accuracy of injury image recognition, the time required for evaluation, record description and the response time of consultation were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the accuracy of injury image recognition were statistically improved (P<0.05), the time required for wound evaluation, record description and the response time of consultation were significantly reduced (P<0.01). Conclusion: The mobile data application based on the electronic medical record platform is an effective means to prevent and dynamically monitor pressure injuries. It can not only promote the management standardization and informatization but also improve the nursing management efficiency.
