Abstract: This paper introduces the connotation and application of self-quantification in hypertension monitoring, including quantification of blood pressure, diet, exercise, medication, emotion and sleep, and summarizes the application effect of self-quantification in hypertension monitoring. The value of self-quantification in practice was analyzed in order to provide ideas for its popularization in community practice.
