医疗护理员健康促进生活方式现状及影响因素

Study on health-promoting lifestyles and influencing factors of medical nursing assistants

摘要: 目的:评价医疗护理员健康促进生活方式现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,运用自制的一般人口学资料调查表、健康促进生活方式量表-Ⅱ、健康概念量表、明尼苏达工作满意度量表(短式),于2019年3—10月对我国东、中、西部634名医疗护理员进行横断面研究。结果:医疗护理员健康促进生活方式总分为(124.79±35.47)分;6个维度中健康责任感维度条目均分为(2.30±0.75)分、运动锻炼维度为(2.13±0.83)分、营养维度为(2.50±0.71)分、自我实现维度为(2.53±0.67)分、人际关系维度为(2.65±0.75)分、压力管理维度为(2.23±0.76)分。多元回归分析显示从事医疗护理员工作年限、健康概念、工作地点、文化程度、明尼苏达工作满意度、照护患者个数进入回归方程,拟合模型可解释总变异的85.3%。结论:医疗护理员健康促进生活方式处于“一般”状态;6个维度中人际关系维度得分最高,运动锻炼维度得分最低。从事医疗护理员工作年限、健康概念、工作地点、文化程度、明尼苏达工作满意度、照护患者个数是其预测影响因素。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate health-promoting lifestyles status and their influencing factors among the medical nursing assistants. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive design and convenience sampling method study was conducted. Totally 634 nursing assistants form east, central and west of China were investigated using a general demographic questionnaire, the Health-promoting Lifestyles Profile-II, Health Conception Scale and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire to measure their health-promoting lifestyles status from March 2019 to October 2019. Results: The average score of the Health-Promoting Lifestyles total score was 124.79±35.47. For the six dimensions, the item average scores of health responsibility, physical activity, nutrition, spiritual growth, interpersonal relations, and stress management were 2.30±0.75, 2.13±0.83, 2.50±0.71, 2.53±0.67, 2.65±0.75, and 2.23±0.76, respectively. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the predictor variables, such as working years, health conception, workplace, education, job satisfaction and number of care recipients, explained 85.3% of the variance in health-promoting lifestyles. Conclusion: The level of health-promoting lifestyles is average in medical nursing assistants, with the highest score in interpersonal relations and the lowest score in physical activity. The variables of working years, health conception, workplace, education, job satisfaction and number of care recipients can serve as effective predictors of health-promoting lifestyles.
