Abstract: This paper reviews the origin, implementation process and application effect of validation therapy in patients with dementia, and introduces the training and certification of implementers, implementation skills and forms, and matters needing attention in detail, to provide reference for the development of validation therapy in China and theoretical basis for clinical practices, so as to improve the quality of life of patients with dementia.
