Abstract: Objective: To do a scoping review of studies regarding mobile health management among chronic heart failure patients. Methods: According to the methodological framework of scoping review, 12 databases and websites were systematically searched from the inception to 30th November, 2021. Results: A total of 84 studies from 20 countries were included, most of which were intervention studies. Patients could be provided health monitoring, health education, social support, self-management follow-up and reminder, mainly via remote monitoring system, applications, websites and social platforms. Clinical outcomes, quality of life, health status, self-management, resource cost and patient experience were primary outcomes. Conclusion: Mobile health has been widely used in the management of chronic heart failure, with multiple functions and diversified evaluation indexes. Future research should pay more attention to the effective interaction between health care professionals and patients, the management of mental health, the cost-effectiveness, feasibility and sustainability evaluation, and the development of clinical decision support system.
