Abstract: Objective: To develop a nursing quality sensitive indicators for respiratory infection prevention and management of patients with hematology tumor. Methods: Though literature evidence-based analysis, the nursing quality sensitive indicators were initially constructed. Then Delphi method was used to revise and evaluate the quality of the indicators. Results: The nursing quality sensitive indicators of the prevention and management of the respiratory infection in patients with hematology tumor including 3 first-level indicators, 14 secondary-level indicators, 45 third-level indicators. The active coefficients of the two-round expert consultation were 93.75% and 100.00%. The authority coefficients were 0.841 and 0.847. The expert coordination coefficient were 0.272 and 0.220. Conclusion: Nursing quality sensitive indicators for respiratory infection prevention and management of patients with hematology tumor have a specialized feature to provide a basis for the comprehensive assessment of clinical nursing quality.
