Abstract: This study synthesized the evidence of the Decision Coaching Theory, and reviewed the related concepts, connotation, development and related theoretical frameworks. We also analyzed the different decision coach implementers, associated tools, as well as the implementation process and the effect of decision coaching, therefore to provide reference for the development of decision coaching in China.
