摘要： 从心脏康复远程随访的必要性与可行性、数字化工具的使用、时机、内容、团队建设及质量评价等方面综述了心脏康复远程随访的研究进展，为发挥远程随访的优势，促进患者有效心脏康复的参与和完成提供参考与借鉴。

关键词: 心脏康复；远程随访；综述；护理

Abstract: This paper reviews the research progress of remote follow-up of cardiac rehabilitation from the aspects of necessity and possibility, use of digital tools, timing, content, team building and quality evaluation, in order to provide reference for giving full play to the advantages of remote follow-up and promoting the participation and completion of effective cardiac rehabilitation.
