智慧胸痛中心全流程管理与质控系统的设计与应用

Design and application of the whole-process management and quality control system of the smart chest pain center

摘要: 目的:运用全流程管理理念对胸痛中心患者全流程治疗护理的关键时间点数据进行管理,实现全流程的质量控制,助力智慧胸痛中心发展。方法:成立研发小组,梳理工作流程,构建胸痛患者全流程管理方案,开发全流程管理与质控系统,比较系统应用前后,护士预检分诊时间、胸痛中心核心质控指标、数据填报完整率、系统评值。结果:应用该系统后,本院护士预检分诊时间从4.28分钟缩短至2.12分钟,胸痛中心核心质控指标均达到甚至超过国家标准,数据填报完整率达到100.00%,系统评值高且在全国54所医院推广使用,得到广泛认可。结论:智慧胸痛中心全流程管理与质控系统能有效缩短胸痛患者救治时间,提高数据填报质量,加强胸痛病历的质量控制,减少医护人员数据填报时间及工作量,对于建设智慧胸痛中心具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Objective: To conduct the whole-process management for recording the key time points of diagnosis, treatment and nursing of patients with chest pain in chest pain center using the whole-closed-loop management concept to promote the development of the smart chest pain center. Methods: A research and development team was established to sort out the work process, build a whole-process management plan for patients with chest pain, and develop a whole-process management system. Indicators before and after the application, including the pre-examination and triage time of nurses, the core quality control indexes of the chest pain center, the completion rate of data filling and the system evaluation value, were compared. Results: After the application of the system, the triage time of nurses in the chest pain center was shortened from 4.28 minutes to 2.12 minutes, the core quality control indicators related to the chest pain center reached or even exceeded the national standard, the data completion rate reached 100.00%, and the system evaluation value was high. The system was widely used in 54 hospitals nationwide, and it was widely recognized. Conclusion: The management and quality control system of chest pain center can effectively reduce the treatment time. It can also improve the quality of data and the quality control of medical records, as well as reduce the time and workload of data filling for medical staff, thus, provide references for the construction of smart chest pain center.
