Abstract: This paper described and summarized the oral health of domestic and foreign stroke patients with upper limb dysfunction from two aspects including the oral health of those patients and how upper limb dysfunction after stroke could affect oral health both physiologically and psychologically. Recommendations concerning patient care, caregiver management, nursing management and social management were put forward to provide scientific guidance for oral care of patients with upper limb dysfunction after stroke in China.
