Abstract: Cognitive impairment is one of the side effects in breast cancer patients post-treatment, but there is no identified intervention strategy. Although exercise is an intervention that may improve cognition, its effects based on a mass of studies need to be further validated. This article analyzes the current status of Cancer-Related Cognitive Impairment of breast cancer patients, summarizes and compares the effects of resistance exercise, aerobic exercise, supplementary exercise therapy, and multimodal exercise on the cognitive function of breast cancer patients and changes in biochemical indicators. It will provide references for patients to conduct a more reasonable exercise intervention.
