摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着我国恶性肿瘤发病率的逐年增加，抗肿瘤新药和新治疗方案的相关临床研究逐渐得到重视。高质量的临床试验不仅给肿瘤患者带来生存的机会，而且是肿瘤学科发展的关键。临床研究护士作为研究团队不可或缺的成员在肿瘤临床研究项目开展中发挥重要作用。我院自2012年起开始设置专职临床研究护士岗位，在评估岗位需求、细化岗位职责、合理配置人力、提供岗位培训及建立绩效管理机制等方面进行了积极的探索和实践，保障了临床试验的顺利进行。

Abstract: With the increase of cancer incidence in China in recent years, clinical trials on new anticancer drugs and modes of therapy have attracted many attention. High quality clinical trials not only bring more survival opportunities to patients with cancer, but also provide essential keys to the further development of oncology care. As an indispensable member of the research team, clinical research nurse play an important role in cancer clinical trials. Clinical research nurse as a full-time position has been set up since 2012, after which the requirements and duties of the position, manpower allocation, position-related training and performance management system, etc. were explored and established which ensured the successful implementation of clinical trials.
