摘要： 专科护理门诊是护理事业发展的重要里程碑，也是实现全民健康覆盖和可持续发展目标的一种方式。建立和完善各项制度是专科护理门诊在满足患者需求的同时，得到稳步发展的关键。本文从专科护理人才培养体系、专科护理门诊岗位的权利与义务、护理门诊收费制度、与社区延续性护理的融合及信息化建设等方面进行陈述，为未来专科护理门诊的创新发展路径提供新思路。

Abstract: Nurse-led clinics is an important milestone in the development of nursing and a way to achieve universal health coverage and the sustainable development goals. The establishment and improvement of medical and nursing systems have become the key in achieving steady development of nurse-led clinics. This article summarizes the improvement of training systems for specialty nurses, the rights and obligations of the post, charge system of nurse-led clinics, the integration with continuous nursing and information construction, and provides some ideas for the innovation development path of nurse-led clinics.
