援鄂医务人员心理弹性状况及影响因素研究

Resilience of the medical staff aiding Hubei province during the outbreak of COVID-19 and its influencing factors

摘要: 目的:了解援鄂抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情医务人员的心理弹性情况,分析其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查问卷和心理弹性量表对援鄂抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的医务人员进行调查。结果:援鄂抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情医务人员心理弹性总分为(92.60±14.86)分。多元Logistic回归分析结果显示,对任务有无信心是总得分的影响因素,心理弹性得分会随着驰援时间的延长而下降。结论:援鄂抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情医务人员的心理弹性水平总体较高,驰援时间及对任务准备充分程度、对完成任务的信心等认识的主观因素是影响其心理弹性水平的重要因素。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the status of resilience of the medical staff aiding Hubei during the outbreak of COVID-19 and its influencing factors. Methods: Questionnaires and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) were used to investigate the resilience status and analyze the influencing factors. Results: The total score of resilience of the those medical staff was (92.60±14.86). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that having no confidence in completing the mission was an influencing factor of psychological resilience and the score of resilience decreased with the increase of support time. Conclusion: The overall resilience of the medical staff aiding Hubei was relatively high. Support time and feeling fully prepared for the mission, having confidence in completing the mission were influencing factors of psychological resilience in this study.
