全膝关节置换患者术后早期下床活动方案的构建

Construction of early mobilization program for patients with Total Knee Arthroplasty

摘要: 目的:构建全膝关节置换患者术后早期下床活动方案。方法:采用文献回顾和德尔菲法,制定全膝关节置换患者术后早期下床活动方案。结果:2轮专家咨询专家积极系数均为100%,权威系数为0.95,变异系数均值分别为0.079和0.096,协调系数分别为0.113和0.096。最终形成包括前言、术前健康教育、术前方法指导、术后康复锻炼、术后下床活动5个一级指标在内的全膝关节置换患者术后早期下床活动方案。预实验结果显示16例患者中有15例术后按照计划下床活动,首次下床时间为术后(22.38±4.71)。结论:本研究制定的全膝关节置换患者术后早期下床活动方案具有一定的科学性、可行性,可以进一步在临床实践中检验应用。

Abstract: Objective: To construct the early mobilization program of patients after Total Knee Arthroplasty. Methods: Literature review and Delphi method were used to develop the early mobilization program of patients after Total Knee Arthroplasty. Results: After two-round consultations, the active coefficient of experts was 100%, and the degree of specialist authority was 0.95, the mean variation coefficients were 0.079 and 0.096, the coordination coefficients were 0.113 and 0.096 respectively. The early mobilization program with five first-level indicators: introduction, preoperative health education, preoperative methods guidance, postoperative rehabilitation and postoperative mobilization. Preliminary experimental results showed that, among the 16 patients, 15 completed early mobilization according to the program, and the average time of first mobilization was (22.38±4.71) hs. Conclusion: The early mobilization program for patients after Total Knee Arthroplasty is scientific and feasible, and it can be further tested and applied in clinical practice.
