摘要: 总结发热门诊应对新型冠状病毒肺炎的人力资源管理实践,为突发公共卫生事件救治中护理人力应急调配提供参考。医院充分发挥护理部职能作用,完善应急组织架构,科学统筹人力资源调配,多形式、多内容强化培训,科学合理排班,注重后勤保障和人文关怀,提高了人力资源利用率和稳定性,为疫情救治工作稳步有效推行提供了高质量的人力保障。

Abstract: To summarize the nursing human resource management when coping with COVID-19 in the fever clinic and to provide references for emergency deployment of nursing staff during public health emergencies. We have given full play to the functions of nursing department to perfect the emergency organization, allocate nursing staff scientifically and effectively, offer intensive training and pay attention to the logistics departments and humanistic care, through which the efficiency and stability of nurses have been improved to support the work to fight COVID-19.
