Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of the information system of operating room, ensure medical safety and improve management level, the informatics nurse position has been set in our operating room since 2014. Through defining the working contents and responsibilities, formulating corresponding management and evaluation system, we gradually explore the informatics nurse's leading role in operating room, the function design and development mode of information system closely cooperated by technicians. Since the establishment of information nurse role, the satisfaction of operating room nurses in using information system has reached 96%. Our department has successively designed, developed and launched six information systems. Therefore, the establishment of informatics nurse position plays an active role in promoting the construction of operating room informatization.
