肿瘤日间化疗患者静脉血栓栓塞症预防和管理的证据总结

Evidence summary on prevention and management of Venous Thromboembolism in ambulatory cancer patients receiving chemotherapy

摘要: 目的:通过检索、评价及总结肿瘤日间化疗患者静脉血栓栓塞症预防和管理的相关证据,为临床实践提供依据。方法:提出肿瘤日间化疗患者静脉血栓栓塞症的循证问题并检索文献,采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心的文献评价标准和证据分级系统,对各类研究进行文献质量评价、证据总结及证据级别评定。结果:本研究共纳入14篇文献,总结出19条证据,涵盖了肿瘤日间化疗患者静脉血栓栓塞症的风险筛查、评估与诊断、机械预防、药物预防、管理策略和健康教育6个方面。结论:通过循证的方法为临床医护人员提供可靠的肿瘤日间化疗患者静脉血栓栓塞症预防和管理的实践依据,但还需进行证据转化应用于临床才能使患者真正受益。

Abstract: Objective: To provide evidences for clinical practice by searching, evaluating and summarizing the relevant evidence of prevention and management of venous thromboembolism in ambulatory cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. Methods: The method of PIPOST was used to propose the evidence-based problem and relevant researches were retrieved by computer search. JBI evidence appraisal and recommendation system were used to evaluate the quality of studies and level of evidence. Results: A total of 14 literatures were included in this study, and 19 pieces of evidence were summarized covering 6 aspects including risk screening, evaluation and diagnosis, mechanical prevention, drug prevention, management strategy and health education of ambulatory cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. Conclusion: The evidence-based method provides clinical staff with a reliable practical basis for the prevention and management of venous thromboembolism in ambulatory cancer patients receiving chemotherapy.
