摘要: 125I粒子植入病房护理人员因工作特性需要近距离频繁接触125I粒子植入患者,易对身体造成放射损伤。本文从放射防护实践的现状、放射防护措施、放射防护实践的管理三方面对125I粒子植入病房护理人员放射防护现状的相关研究进行综述,旨在为护理人员放射防护提供参考依据。

Abstract: Nursing staff in the 125I seed implantation ward need frequent close contact with seed implant patients due to their working characteristics, which is easy to cause radiation damage to the body. This review summarizes the current research on the radiation protection of nursing staff in 125I seed implantation ward from three aspects: the measures of radiation protection practice, the current status of radiation protection practice and the management of radiation protection practice,in order to provide reference for nursing staff in radiation protection.
