摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析O2O模式应用于社区中青年高血压患者健康管理的干预效果。方法：将2017年2-5月在乌鲁木齐市某社区卫生服务中心进行体检以及就诊的262例中青年原发性高血压患者随机分为干预组与对照组，干预组给予O2O模式的健康管理，对照组给予社区签约制服务，干预时间为6个月。结果：干预组患者高血压相关知识和依从性得分高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者的收缩压、舒张压较干预前均有下降，但干预组降压效果更明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：O2O模式能够提高社区中青年高血压患者健康管理知识，改善患者治疗依从性和血压。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effects of Online To Offline (O2O) model in the health management of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension in community. Methods: The 262 young and middle-aged patients with primary hypertension to accept medical examination or treatment in a community health service center in Urumqi from February to May, 2017 were included and randomly divided into two groups. The patients in intervention group were with O2O model health management for 6 months, and those in control group were with community contract service. Results: The scores of hypertension knowledge and compliance of the intervention group were higher than the scores of the control group (P<0.05). The blood pressure of patients in both groups were lower after the intervention, and the antihypertensive effect was more obvious in the intervention group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The O2O model is benefit to improve the health management knowledge, the treatment compliance and the blood pressure control of young and middle-aged patients in community.
