摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析融入康复志愿者早期访视的综合护理干预对诊断期乳腺癌患者希望水平和生存质量的影响。方法：于2015年1月至2017年9月招募368例乳腺癌患者，在接受常规综合护理干预的基础上增加1次康复志愿者早期访视。分别于干预前和确诊后30天时采用Herth希望指数量表和乳腺癌患者生存质量测定量表对患者的心理状态、生存质量进行评价。结果：确诊后30天时，患者的希望指数和生存质量总分较干预前均提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：早期综合护理干预有助于乳腺癌患者希望水平和生存质量的提高。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of early comprehensive nursing intervention combined with early visits by volunteers for patients with breast cancer. Methods: A total of 368 breast cancer patients were recruited from Jan. 2015 to Sept. 2017, and one additional early visit by rehabilitation volunteers were implemented on the basis of routine health education. The Herth Hope Index and the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast were assessed before intervention and in 30 days of being diagnosed. Results: The scores of hope and quality of life of patients in 30 days of being diagnosed were significantly improved compared with the score before the intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion: Early comprehensive nursing intervention benefits the improvement of hope and quality of life of patients with breast cancer.
