Abstract: With changes in medical models, the focus of health care for cancer patients has shifted from prolonging "survival time" to prolonging "quality survival time". Time toxicity, as an important, evolving and underexplored concept in cancer treatment, has important implications for patients' health and quality of life. This paper intends to review the concept, evaluation and measurement, relevant factors, management strategies of cancer-related time toxicity, aiming to objectively present the research progress of cancer-related time toxicity, and provide a basis for medical personnel and medical institutions to take effective measures to deal with the time toxicity of cancer patients, so as to reduce its impact on the physical and mental rehabilitation of patients.
