Abstract: The scenario of cardiac rehabilitation is shifting from hospitals to homes. As the core technology enabling this transition, remote home monitoring tools are being increasingly applied in clinical practice. This article reviews the main types, application status, advantages, and limitations of remote home monitoring tools for cardiac rehabilitation. It also conducts an in-depth analysis of their role in improving patients' clinical prognosis, enhancing rehabilitation compliance, and reducing medical costs. The purpose is to provide a basis for selecting appropriate monitoring tools and formulating individualized management plans for patients undergoing remote home-based cardiac rehabilitation.
