Abstract: Children with malignant tumors experience a series of symptoms during chemotherapy, which seriously affect their quality of life. The management of symptom clusters can effectively alleviate their symptom burden and improve their prognosis. This article reviews the definition, research status, assessment tools, influencing factors, and nursing interventions of chemotherapy symptom clusters in children with malignant tumors, providing a reference for formulation of targeted clinical intervention plans and improvement of the quality and efficiency of symptom management.
