Abstract

Abstract: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) has a high prevalence and imposes a significant disease burden. Exercise rehabilitation is a key non-pharmacological intervention. In recent years, digital and intelligent intervention technology utilizing the Internet of Things, wearable devices, and artificial intelligence has made it possible to carry out precise assessment, intelligent monitoring, and personalized guidance and optimization in COPD rehabilitation. This review summarizes the latest advancements and challenges in digital and intelligent interventions for COPD rehabilitation, providing a reference for medical professionals in promoting digital rehabilitation management.
