温度压力可视化电热砭石在项背肌筋膜炎痛症患者中的应用效果观察

Efficacy of a temperature-pressure-visualized electro-heating bian-stone warming in patients with upper back myofascial pain syndrome

摘要: 目的:评价温度压力可视化电热砭石技术改善项背肌筋膜炎痛症的效果,为通过中医适宜技术缓解患者疼痛症状提供参考。方法:便利选取2024年11月至2025年5月在北京市某三级甲等中医院收治的60例项背肌筋膜炎患者为研究对象,随机分为干预组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组给予2周扶他林软膏涂抹疼痛部位,干预组给予2周温度压力可视化电热砭石热熨。采用疼痛数字评定量表、整体疼痛评估量表、失眠严重指数对患者的疼痛改善情况及睡眠情况进行评定。结果:干预2周及随访2周时,干预组的疼痛数字评定量表评分分别为(2.77± 1.46)分和(2.13±1.78)分,均低于对照组的(4.13±0.97)分和(4.07±1.31)分(均P<0.05);随访2周时干预组的整体疼痛评估量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预2周及随访2周时,干预组的失眠严重指数评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:温度压力可视化电热砭石热熨能够明显改善项背肌筋膜炎患者疼痛症状,提高患者睡眠质量。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of a temperature-pressure-visualized electro-heating bian-stone warming in treating upper back myofascial pain syndrome, and to provide a reference for alleviating the pain symptoms by appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) technologies. Methods: A total of 60 patients with upper back myofascial pain syndrome admitted to a tertiary grade A TCM hospital in Beijing from November 2024 to May 2025 were selected using the convenience sampling method and randomly assigned to the intervention group (n=30) and the control group (n=30). The control group received a two-week course of topical application of Voltaren? ointment to the affected area. The intervention group was treated with a two-week course of the temperature-pressure-visualized electro-heating bian-stone warming technique. Improvements were evaluated using the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), the Global Pain Scale (GPS), and the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI). Results: At 2 weeks of intervention and 2 weeks of follow-up, the NRS scores of the intervention group were 2.77±1.46 and 2.13±1.78 respectively, both lower than those of the control group (4.13±0.97 and 4.07±1.31 respectively), with statistically significant differences (both P<0.05); at the 2 weeks of follow-up, the GPS score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); meanwhile, at 2 weeks of intervention and 2 weeks of follow-up, the ISI scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group (both P<0.05). Conclusion: The temperature-pressure-visualized electro-heating bian-stone warming can significantly alleviate pain symptoms and improve sleep quality in patients with upper back myofascial pain syndrome.
